- UnitedHealthcare Hearing – For members with UnitedHealthcare insurance
- EPIC Hearing – For members with external or non-UnitedHealthcare plans, like Medica or Blue Cross
- AARP® Hearing Solutions™ provided by UnitedHealthcare Hearing – For AARP members; these members may not have UnitedHealthcare insurance but are eligible for a discount on hearing aids from us

You can request alternate products if a desired product is off formulary. If approved, the product will receive the standard 3-year warranty. Reach out to us at 855-523-9355 or ProviderNetwork@unitedhealthcarehearing.com with requests.
