We’re excited to share new ways to get the answers you need for the Surest® health plan.

Chat support

You can now get online assistance on a wide range of topics using our chat feature in the UnitedHealthcare Provider Portal. Ask about any of the following:

Member eligibility
Prior authorizations
Claims
Technical support

To visit the portal, select Sign In from any page on UHCprovider.com and enter your One Healthcare ID and password. Then, select the chat icon at the bottom-right corner of the page. For users who don’t have a One Healthcare ID, visit our Provider portal registration to get started.

Phone number support

Effective Oct. 1, 2024, the UnitedHealthcare provider helpline supports Surest health plans. You can find this number on the member’s ID card. As a reminder, you can complete many tasks in the portal for Surest — review claim status, verify member eligibility, check variable pricing and more.
