In Fall 2024, spectera.com users will transition to using One HealthcareID (OHID) to sign into their spectera.com account. It is important users add and/or verify their mobile phone number to receive SMS security codes, as the email authentication option will be phased out in Spring 2025.
SMS/text messaging will remain an authentication option as we phase out the use of email authentication. In addition to the SMS authentication option, spectera.com will eventually adopt additional options after the OHID transition, including a phone call back (non-IVR), MS Authenticator, Passkey, and potentially more. If actions aren't taken to adopt SMS or alternate authentication options, you will eventually be prevented from signing into your spectera.com account.
