Many corrected claims and claims adjustments may be submitted through your normal EDI process. Review Section 8.4 – Electronic Claims Submission in our Network Administration Manual (NAM), for more information about this functionality.
You may also submit corrected claims and claims adjustments by sending us the original claim marked with “CORRECTED” at the top. You can also submit your corrected claims and claims adjustments using the Optional Corrected Claim – Standard Cover Sheet linked in the NAM.
