We are excited to announce that we will be launching our Clinical Care and Coordination Program in January 2023. This is a comprehensive provider and member engagement program to influence the best outcomes for diabetic members. You can become certified in our program and earn a directory designation featuring a badge displayed by your name*. 

The program also includes exam reminders for members, notifications to Primary Care Physicians and ongoing education opportunities. You are eligible for certification once you meet our established clinical and quality program criteria.
