Our provider team has sponsored and attended different conferences and events across the country and has had the opportunity to meet and hear from directly from providers. Here’s where we’ve been:

Vision Expo East in New York, NY | March 16–19, 2023

• Members of our network leadership team attended this event and were able to meet with several of our network partners to review business performance and collaborate on future partnership opportunities and growth strategies. We also attended some great networking and charitable events.

Kentucky Optometric Association Spring Conference in Lexington, KY | April 21–22, 2023

• One of our experienced and knowledgeable Sr. Provider Relations Advocates attended the Kentucky Optometric Association’s Spring Conference and was able to talk to several Kentucky providers and answer questions about recent benefit changes in Kentucky. It was a very productive trip, and we’re so happy we got to see so many providers all in one spot.

Kansas Optometric Partnership Program in Manhattan, KS | April 28, 2023

• Our Network Solutions team also attended the Kansas Optometric Partnership meeting to answer questions regarding claims and benefit administration and provided details on helpful resources once they’re back in the office. We enjoyed meeting everyone and look forward to future events.

Vision Source Exchange in San Antonio, TX | April 19–22, 2023

• Our team that supports the Vision Source providers on our network attended this event with over 1,700 Vision Source providers and 1,300 Vision Source staff members. During the 3-day conference, our team was able to meet many Vision Source providers in person and provide information about joining our network and answer questions about claims, reimbursements and our lab network.
