As a reminder, we require New York vision care professionals to complete a cultural training course and attest to completing this course for each service location. This is an annual cultural training course that needs to be completed and attested to every year, starting from the date you completed your first course.
You’ll see pop-up reminders in your providers.eyesynergy.com account prior to your annual due date, and they will continue until you complete the training. Please remember to keep a copy of the course completion in your files for future reference.
If you don’t complete the annual training by your due date, you won’t be able to request new confirmations until it has been completed. We encourage you to complete the course prior to your due date to avoid any issues or delays with generating confirmations.
