The Ohio Department of Medicaid (ODM) has modernized its management information systems. As of Oct. 1, 2022, the new Provider Network Management (PNM) portal replaced the MITS provider portal as part of this system update. Additionally, ODM has moved to a single, centralized provider credentialing process for providers.
ODM has stopped accepting new provider enrollment applications through the MITS Provider Enrollment System. All provider enrollment applications must be submitted using the new PNM portal. The PNM portal is the single point for providers to complete provider enrollment, new centralized credentialing and provider self-service.
