The Freedom of Choice – Plus program was introduced in 2020. It offers an extensive selection of quality, fashionable frames.
For states using the Modern Optical 48-piece frame kit, you may also choose any style in Modern Optical’s “Modern Metals, Plastic I and Plastic II Collections.” This represents an additional 350+ styles and over 1,000 SKUs, including the 28 new frames added recently by Modern Optical. These states also have access to our Lantis catalog, adding an additional 64 frame options.
Michigan providers using the 48-piece Capri frame kit may also choose any style from our PLUS collection. This adds 50 more styles and over 400 SKUs, in addition to the frame kit options.
