Access and use of our digital tools, including the portal, is the quickest path to answers. Plus, having universal portal access is crucial to avoid disruptions and is the only way to chat with us.
Each person within your organization and all third-party vendors that work with us to complete administrative tasks (e.g., verifying eligibility, prior authorization submissions or billing) should have portal access.
When granting portal access, timelines matter. Luckily, it’s quick and easy to review and grant access. If you’re an administrator, you can view all access requests on your portal dashboard. However, your organization’s Primary Access Administrator is responsible for granting third-party access. We recommend you grant portal access to members of your organization and third-party vendors upfront instead of waiting for the access request.
