Earn more in 2025: New Performance Point Bonus

Earn up to $300 per member per year (PMPY) when you meet or exceed your performance targets or improvement targets for certain care measures.

• Targets will stay the same throughout the year
• The maximum payment PMPY is 2.5 times greater than it was for the retired 2024 Average Star Rating Bonus

Quarterly bonus opportunities

Earn quarterly and annual bonuses when you address open care opportunities, with up to $200 per gap closure.

• For 9 care measures, you can earn up to $50 per gap closure
• For high priority members, you can earn 4 times per gap closure
