Document Library is located securely within the UnitedHealthcare Provider Portal. Most claim, prior authorization, payment (including overpayment and appeal) letters and reports are accessible in Document Library. They are available the day they’re generated, so all authorized users in your organization can view them right away.
As we continue to transition from print and mail to electronic delivery, eventually all your letters and reports will be in Document Library. You can view them there, even if you’re still receiving letters in the mail.
The following reports are not in Document Library. They are located under the Documents & Reporting drop-down menu on the portal.
