To celebrate the end of another successful year, UnitedHealthcare | March Vision Care is excited to offer you the chance to win a free lunch for your office if you are certified in our Clinical Care and Coordination Program by Nov. 30, 2024. 

The Clinical Care and Coordination Program is a comprehensive provider and member engagement program to influence the best outcomes for members with diabetes through on-going provider education opportunities, billing guidelines and member outreach.

Here’s what it takes to become certified: 

 All required training courses are COPE-Accredited and total 2.75 CE credits

  • Attest to perform dilation/retinal imaging on diabetic patients during comprehensive exam
  • Attest to send notifications with exam outcomes for every diabetic member to their primary care provider
  • Attest to submit CPT® II codes on vision claims to UnitedHealthcare Community Vision Network / March Vision Network

Free lunch drawing information*

  • Drawing will be held the week of Dec. 2, 2024; Three (3) winners will be selected
  • To be eligible for the drawing, you must already be certified or become certified by Nov. 30, 2024. If you’re already certified, you’re all set, there’s nothing you need to do.
  • If your office has multiple providers and they each become certified, each provider equals an entry for your office
  • The winners will be contacted by either phone or email after the drawing to coordinate the details
  • The winning offices will be featured in our February 2025 newsletter
