Join your Hawaii colleagues for our quarterly virtual training sessions. Review the schedule below and attend as many as you like to stay informed on new topics or for a refresher on current procedures.
During our quarterly sessions, you’ll explore the UnitedHealthcare Provider Portal and discover new features and tools to make your workday easier. We’ll show you how to coordinate care using HEALTHeNET and share patient health information with physicians throughout Hawaii.
You’ll learn about UnitedHealthcare Community Plan services and Medicaid processes, including how to handle claim reconsiderations and appeals. We’ll also guide you through our expanding training resources and their access points. The Q&A segment will offer a chance to discuss issues and collaborate on solutions with fellow attendees.
