As a network provider for One Care, you and your staff are required to complete a special training series designed to help you better meet the needs of enrollees. The training can be completed online.
Healthcare trainings were developed by the University of Massachusetts (UMass) Medical School in conjunction with the One Care plans and other stakeholders. These trainings focus on topics that provide foundational information on the One Care program, and aim to help improve healthcare quality through person-centered, coordinated care. Required training topics include:
Other topics are available, such as One Care an Introduction for One Care Plans, and new topics may be added as the One Care program continues to be implemented and as provider training needs are identified. To participate in the trainings, visit the One Care Shared Learning for Plan and Providers website. UMass and the One Care plans will coordinate the tracking of your participation in these training requirements.
In order to be counted as attending the healthcare training, you will need to select the "Submit to receive credit" button on each of the required trainings while being logged into your account.
